Welcome to Global Goddess Travel. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation: To reserve your spot on a trip, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

1.2 Payment: Full payment is due 7 days before the departure date. If the full payment is not received by the due date, Global Goddess Travel reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

2. No Refunds Policy

2.1 No Refunds: All payments made to Global Goddess Travel are non-refundable. This includes deposits, full payments, and any additional costs incurred for the trip.

2.2 Exceptions: In rare cases, and at the sole discretion of Global Goddess Travel, a partial credit may be issued for future travel. This does not constitute a refund and will be subject to specific terms and conditions.

3. Changes and Cancellations

3.1 Changes by You: If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and any additional costs incurred.

3.2 Cancellations by You: If you cancel your booking, all payments made are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations.

3.3 Changes by Us: Global Goddess Travel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, and other trip details. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3.4 Cancellations by Us: If we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a travel credit for future use.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

4.1 Passports and Visas: You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents, including passports and visas. Global Goddess Travel is not responsible for any issues related to travel documents.

4.2 Health Requirements: You must comply with any health requirements and obtain necessary vaccinations for your destination. Consult your healthcare provider and check the relevant government websites for up-to-date information.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1 Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

5.2 Responsibility: You are responsible for understanding the terms and coverage of your travel insurance policy. Global Goddess Travel is not liable for any claims or disputes with your insurance provider.

6. Liability and Responsibility

6.1 Assumption of Risk: By participating in our trips, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, including personal injury, property damage, and unforeseen events.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: Global Goddess Travel, its employees, and partners are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from your participation in our trips.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Respect and Behavior: We expect all participants to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously towards others, including fellow travelers, guides, and local communities.

7.2 Compliance: You must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or illegal may result in the termination of your participation in the trip without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership: All content on our website and promotional materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Global Goddess Travel and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Use: You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website or materials without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, USA, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Las Vegas, NV.
